This 2-month PMP Study Group is designed to guide and mentor aspiring Project Management Professionals (PMPs) through a structured community & study routine for the PMP exam. Leveraging proven best practices from our own successful study group, participants will engage with their chosen learning materials, interactive exercises, and expert-led discussions to build their knowledge and confidence. The course does not provide materials, however, it is a guided mentorship & coaching service that supports study group participants as they focus on the core areas of PMP certification: understanding the exam structure, mastering key concepts in project management according to the Project Management Institute (PMI), and refining test-taking strategies. By the end of this course, learners will be equipped with a robust study plan, enhanced critical thinking skills, and the ability to tackle complex scenarios, ensuring they are more confident about passing the PMP exam---but also excelling in their future project management careers.
