PMPstudygroup.com connects learners with a variety of experts and professionals.  Tutors, instructors, experts, educators, and other professionals on the platform are volunteers, who may use their own styles, methods, and materials and create their owesson plans based upon their experience, professional judgment, and the learners with whom they engage.
 

1. Affiliation:  Names of study materials, books, courses, standardized tests are owned by the trademark holders and are not affiliated with pmpstudygroup.com or any study group activities.​  Media outlet trademarks are owned by the respective media outlets and are not affiliated with pmpstudygroup.com.  PMPStudygroup.com does not have affiliation with universities or other organizations mentioned on its website or during study group activities.

2. Volunteer Participation: PMPStudyGroup.com operates as a volunteer-based organization. All experts, coaches, teachers, mentors, and students participate voluntarily.

3. Services Provided: The organization facilitates a study group cohort for individuals preparing for the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. These services are provided on a voluntary basis and are intended for educational purposes only.

4. Non-Employee Status: Volunteers, including mentors, coaches, teacher, and participating students, are not employees of PMPStudyGroup.com. The organization does not provide salaries, benefits, or any form of financial compensation.

5. Confidentiality: Volunteers agree to maintain confidentiality regarding any sensitive information shared during study sessions or organizational communications.

6. Termination of Participation: PMPStudyGroup.com reserves the right to terminate student participation in any study group cohort at its sole discretion for violations of these terms, other misconduct, or for any other reason deemed necessary.

7. Amendments: These Terms of Use may be updated or amended at any time with notice provided to participants.
   
    

Legal Disclaimer

1. No Liability: PMPStudyGroup.com and its representatives disclaim all liability for any injuries, damages, losses, or claims arising from participation in the study group cohort or related activities. Volunteers assume all risks associated with their involvement.

2. Educational Purposes Only: The information provided by PMPStudyGroup.com is intended solely for educational purposes and should not be construed as professional advice.

3. Assumption of Risk: By participating in PMPStudyGroup.com activities, volunteers acknowledge and accept any inherent risks associated with study group activities, including but not limited to technical errors, misunderstandings, or lack of guaranteed success in obtaining PMP certification. 

4. Release and Waiver: Volunteers agree to release and forever discharge PMPStudyGroup.com and its successors, affiliates, officers, directors, mentors, and agents from any claims or demands arising from their participation in the program.

5. No Guarantees: PMPStudyGroup.com does not guarantee results or outcomes related to the PMP certification exam or other professional achievements.  PMPStudyGroup.com cannot guaranteed PMP certification to any participant.

6. Medical Treatment Disclaimer: In the event of any medical emergency during participation in activities organized by PMPStudyGroup.com, the organization is not responsible for providing medical assistance or covering related costs.

7. Media Release: By participating in PMPStudyGroup.com activities, volunteers grant permission for the organization to use photographs or videos, text messages, images, email messages, and any other content shared during study group events for promotional purposes without compensation.

8. PMPStudyGroup.com and PMPStudyGroups.com:  are owned, managed, and operated by the same entity. Both domains represent a single organization providing identical services, resources, and information. Any references to either domain in communications, policies, or agreements apply equally to both.  This disclaimer is intended to clarify that there is no distinction between the two domains in terms of ownership, functionality, or purpose. Users accessing either domain are subject to the same Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and Legal Disclaimers.

By participating in the PMPStudyGroup.com cohort, volunteers confirm that they have read and understood these Terms of Use and Legal Disclaimer and agree to abide by them fully.
